On pickup day, you’ll receive a notification as soon as our driver leaves our local ”Pick-it-up Laundry” store and heads to the specified location in your order to collect your dirty laundry.

We’ll notify you as soon as our driver is en route with your freshly cleaned and neatly packed laundry—get ready, your laundry is on its way to your doorstep!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Do you offer any pickup and delivery services?

    We offer Free pickup and delivery services.

  • Do you offer any services for washing large or bulky items?

    Yes, whatever fits in the XL bag we wash it and charge it flat fee.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our store operation for walk-in customers to drop-off laundry is 4 to 8 pm.

    Our pick-up and delivery hours are 8am to 4pm.

  • Can I bring my own laundry detergent?

    You can request your prefered detergent and softner at the time of order, and we follow it.
